Ir Dr Tommy Lo retired from Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering, City University of Hong Kong.  Chairman of Material Division and few member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He is also Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Concrete and Honorary fellow of Guangdong Institution of Engineer. In 2018, Dr Lo was awarded Natural Science Award (2nd Class), GuangDong Province, People Republic of China. He was listed as top 2% most highly cited scientists, according to metrics compiled by Stanford University 2021.
