2、报告人简介:

张鸿,现任中交二航局高级顾问兼首席专家,正高级工程师,主持了润扬大桥、苏通大桥、泰州大桥、深中通道、马尔代夫中马友谊大桥、常泰大桥等20余座具有国际影响力的大型桥梁工程建造。他创新了超大跨桥梁和深水基础建造技术,推动中国桥梁跨径不断突破世界纪录,开创了远洋深海复杂环境下桥梁建设的先河,创新和发展了工业化智能建造技术,推动传统建造业向先进的制造业转型。他获得国家科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖2项,中国专利金奖1项,湖北省技术发明/科技一等奖各1项,是国务院政府特殊津贴专家,首届全国创新争先奖获得者。

Zhang Hong, a senior consultant and chief expert of CCCC Second Harbor Engineering  Company Ltd.He has presided over the construction of more than 20 large bridges with international influence, such as Runyang Bridge, Sutong Bridge, Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge, Shenzhong Bridge, China-Maldives Friendship Bridge, and Changtai Yangtze River Bridge. He innovated the construction technology of long-span bridges and deep-water foundations, promoted China ‘s bridge span to break through the world record, created a precedent for bridge construction in the complex environment of ocean and deep sea, innovated and developed industrialized intelligent construction technology, and promoted the transformation of traditional construction industry to advanced manufacturing industry.He won three National Science and Technology Progress Awards, including one first prize and two second prizes,and one China Patent Gold Award.He is an expert in special government subsidies of the State Council and the winner of the First National Innovation Excellence Award.

 

3、报告内容摘要:

围绕严酷环境、重载条件下桥梁工程使用性能提升需求,提出了基于UHPC的轻型预制桥面板、组合桥面铺装、塔墩连接节点、组合桩基等新结构,开发了低粘低收缩、大流态长保坍、大体积高抗裂、低成本绿色化的UHPC功能材料,研发了UHPC桥面板智能化预制生产线、薄层UHPC桥面自动摊铺养护设备、UHPC湿喷机等,制定了UHPC构件预制、现浇质量检测及评定标准。系列新技术在南京长江五桥、中马友谊大桥、重庆白居寺大桥等重大工程中成功应用,产业化前景广阔。

To improve the service property of bridge engineering under harsh environments and heavy loads, new structures based on UHPC materials such as lightweight prefabricated bridge decks, composite bridge deck pavements, connection construction between bridge tower and pier, and composite pile foundations have been proposed. UHPC functional materials have been developed, which possesses low viscosity and shrinkage, high fluidity and slump-preserving, high crack resistance under mass concrete, low cost, and environmentally friendly characteristic. Intelligent production lines of prefabricated UHPC bridge decks, automatic paving and maintenance equipment of thin layer UHPC bridge decks, and UHPC wet spraying machines have been developed. Standards on quality inspection and evaluation for prefabrication and cast-in-place of UHPC component have been formulated. The series of new technologies have been successfully applied in major projects such as Jiangxinzhou Yangtze River Bridge in Nanjing, China-Malaysia Friendship Bridge, and Baijusi Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing, with broad prospects for industrialization.
